The facility was quite unclean, and the behavior of the staff was notably unprofessional. The pool attendants, who appeared to be teenagers, would benefit from proper training in customer communication. Unfortunately, if you accidentally left any items, whether it be unopened beverages or valuable belongings, by the poolside and returned a short while later, they were nowhere to be found. The staff's explanation was that these items had been discarded during their cleaning routine, but even a search through the trash proved futile because the item has been stolen by an associate that found the item.

Implementing a formal complaint form would provide customers with a platform to voice their concerns and offer valuable insights for enhancing customer service. Additionally, it could serve as a means to address issues related to staff behavior, reinforcing the importance of not stealing or misplacing...

For starters the building an Amenities are AMAZING. The prior staff that is still here is AMAZING , but the manager WILL is very racist , he makes people very uncomfortable on purpose even . Does not do anything , but focus on making those who are not rich or white uncomfortable , an I mean this respectfully . Had a meeting even with some of his employees an they say he's always this way. Heard several people complain. For years before he worked this building I have come here , fed the homeless here , and now it's dreadful even entering the building with him in it . Please hire a new manager or allow Angela to take over as she was always the one in charge for years that...

Great pool facility. I went for the pool during the morning recreation time. The heated pool was very welcoming. Not crowded at all. More seasoned adults there getting their aerobics in and a few small kiddos learning how to swim with their parents. Very chill vibe. Life guards posted and walking the pool. Locker room smelled nice , clean as can be. Eventually the floor needs replacing but that can't stop the good time my...
