Innsbrook Aspen Center — Attraction in Innsbrook

We booked Aspen Center for a wedding. Initial impression was awesome. But after putting $2,800 down, we realized this was a pig with earrings. Awful communication, terrible food, incompetent underlings, and nasty attitudes from supervisors. We walked, and lost our $2,800 deposit... which was the best decision ever! Booked the Aspen Center for our daughter's wedding. 3 months before the wedding we cancelled and found another venue. Communication was terrible, my daughter would wait weeks for a response only to be told to use the online wedding planner. The food tasting was terrible. All the meats were overcooked, dry and over sauced. The vegetables were mushy and bland. When we called to cancel the wedding Amber was defensive and told us we were the only people to ever have...

We attended a family wedding at the Innsbrook Aspen Center. The center had a makeover and it was absolutely beautiful! The wedding took place outside by the lake under an arch. The scenery was amazing. I’ve never been to a wedding here and was so surprised by the venue and the wedding coordinator. The food was delicious and the service was great. If you are looking for a venue for a wedding I would definitely recommend Innsbrook...
