If you’re searching for the perfect venue to host a wedding that feels both magical and unforgettable, look no further than Innsbrook. From the moment we set foot on the grounds, we were captivated by the sheer beauty of the place. The ceremony space is nothing short of amazing—the backdrop of the lake is unbeatable. The lake stage was so stunning, it felt like something out of a fairytale. Walking down (the very long) aisle was such a moment for my parents and I, as well as our guests.

The reception space is equally impressive, offering gorgeous views that provide a stunning piece of scenery enjoy throughout the evening. As the sun set, the views only enhanced the enchanting ambiance, making the celebration even more memorable.

But it’s not just the venue’s beauty that stands out; the staff at Innsbrook truly elevate the experience to another level. Their exceptional service was marked by a level of attentiveness and care that made us feel like we were their top priority. They were there for us every step of the way, ensuring that everything went smoothly and seamlessly. Claire went above and beyond in providing me the best wedding ever. I cannot say enough positive things about her! At every turn, from the first meeting to our wedding day, she was there to ensure my day was incredible. I truly believe my wedding would not have been as great without her. She was professional, but above all, she was kind. I really felt like (and I know) that she cared about me, my groom, our families, and our wedding. Whatever they are paying her, it's not enough.

And let’s not forget the food! The appetizers were soooo good; you can't beat loaded tater tots and mini beef wellington. Dinner was also amazing! It's not very often that you get chicken at a wedding and it's actually good. Well, the chicken, the mashed potatoes, the vegetables... all of it was phenomenal. Guests were so complimentary about the meal, which speaks volumes about the quality and skill of the culinary team.

In every aspect, Innsbrook exceeded our expectations. It’s a place where dreams come true, and we couldn’t have asked for a more incredible experience. My wedding was held here on May 21st, 2022. This day ended up being far from the magical and easy going day my husband and I envisioned. Although the venue looked beautiful, my guests were unable to see much of it because the power went out for about 4 hours starting before the ceremony and into the reception. Innsbrook was not prepared and did not have a generator prepared even though the power had flickered on and off in the middle of the day prior to the full power outage. Our premier wedding band that we hired couldn’t play and the extra lighting we had paid for was unable to be used for 4+ hours. Dinner was not served until 9:30-10 pm and some guests complained of the dinner being cold. Because dinner was not served until late, guests mentioned Innsbrook put out old stale wedding cake as an appetizer. My dad had to give his speech in the dark. We chose to skip out on doing my bouquet toss and garter toss to make adequate time for dancing and music when the power did finally come back on. I felt as though the final planning weeks were very unorganized. We felt it was difficult to get ahold of our day-of coordinator with questions and necessary information. The rehearsal was chaotic and unorganized with myself and my mother having to take control of it. Our tables were not set up according to our plans and my dad and family friend had to reorganize tables the day of. These are just a few of the speed bumps we encountered. All in all, I would never recommend this establishment. I didn’t get to have the wedding I have always dreamed of and my family is still saddened by some of the events that occurred with Innsbrook that day. I attended a wedding here for one my close family friends. The venue was beautiful but there were many issues with the staff and venue. If you want your special day to run smoothly, I would not recommend this venue.

Issue #1: the venue did not have a back up generator (brides take notes - ensure your venue has a back up generator, most venues do). Because of this (and because an animal chewed through a power line) the power was out at the venue for the ceremony and the majority of the reception.

Issue #2: due to issue #1 dinner ran late and it was not announced (staff at the venue were supposed to announce when each table's dinner was ready).

Issue #3: the staff of the venue were extremely difficult to work with and inflexible when we tried to get money back for items we weren't able to use due to no power (the DJ, a light up champaign wall, a light up sign with the last name, etc.).
