This used to a nice mountain bike trail, but it needs some serious maintenance at least in the south loop section. In the prairie sections, a lot of the tracks consist of sandy/rocky base which has deteriorated over the years. In some places the tracks are fairly narrow with deep channels worn into them, so it makes it tough to keep on the path. Also, once into summer the vegetation will grow close to the tracks and you get a lot of plants slapping against your legs.

The main trail is in need of flattening/widening to make it more accessible to green trail riders, but it's got that old school community feel. There is an old skills line that's short and steep, but requires decent jump skills, and has a very lucky jump at the end that requires speed, or you'll plant a pedal/chainring. There are pleanty of options for trail lengths, the full treck took me about an hour and 45 minutes walking briskly. There is a nice variety of scenery to see, and the path never once got boring. The only downside is the path is pretry narrow, so if you have a running partner you'd have to go single file, but other than that...
