I took both my kids here a couple days ago, and while the wait time was relatively short, the service was very poor and my daughter had complained of the passive-aggressiveness of her stylish. She'd gone to get her hair cut shorter and the stylist seemed very impatient with her. She'd told me that she was going to show how short she wanted her hair, but her arms were not free because of the barber cloak and the stylist would not let her arms free to show her. My daughter ended up with a haircut way too short of what she'd wanted and was afraid to go to school for the next couple of days, even wanting to purposely get sick to stay home. Went there for a digital perm, the hairdresser was nice, but my hair came out not good, burnt, and damaged so she tried to trim off some of my hair to “fix” it. The hairdresser only towel dried my hair, according to the lady, a digital perm is like this— no need to blow dry, just let it naturally dry.
