THE ARTIST LAB — Attraction in Irvine

My 7 years old boy started with Artist Lab since he was 3 years old. We have been seeing all the great programs and the teachers they have at the Artist lab Their programs are fun, practical, and easy to follow. The teachers are very patient and good at bringing the best out of the kids. Seems to me, those teachers have a lot experiences working with kids, they know how to make the kids working hard in a fun and motivated environment. All their teachers information are posted, I think all of them have art degrees. The Artist Lab also have events for kids showcase their productions which my son is absolutely looking forward to.

During pandemic, my boy joined their online classes and went back onsite classes once they reopen. They have the dividers between seats. Kids and teachers are required to wear masks all times. They also measure the temperature every time. Parents are no longer allowed to go in inside, but I think I also saw some dyson air purifier machines on the floor. The Artist Lab is a wonderful art school! My son absolutely loves it and we find the staff, studio and instructors to be extremely professional. My son is focused on digital art and 3D sculpting and they are teaching him the latest tools. Most importantly, like with any artist, they help him to create and improve the type of art that HE wants to create. They are great at giving guidance and providing support for him when he has questions or wants to learn new techniques. The instructors are all experienced in their respective areas and you can even see their photos and bios on the main wall when you enter the studio. My 5.5 years old has been going to artist lab for about an year. (Little artist program). In the beginning there are a bit much teacher turn over, though everyone is really good teacher. The last 6 months or so, she's with Miss Sarah and has progressed amazingly in both the techniques and expressions of her art work. I look forward the post class session where Miss Sarah would give constructive feedback and progress report on her work. The staff is super friendly in person and responsive thought text.
