Parkview Center — Local services in Irvine

The new Starbucks is great and the staff are always friendly : ) I hope the Irvine Company reads this as I would like to make a suggestion: the music playing on the speakers near Starbucks is pretty loud in the mornings and the songs are like high tempo workout music or lamenting love songs. The courtyard in front of Sbucks is so peaceful and the music style and loud volume are out of sync. People are trying to talk and have conversations in person and on the phone + working on their laptops. I hope the management will consider this...

Parkview Center has been undergoing changes recently: the Veterinary Hospital moved, the gas station is being rebuilt, a Starbucks is under construction. There's a Korean Market (Zion), a optometry office, a Subway store, and a couple other businesses. Upstairs, there a WW studio, a nail salon (Oh My Nails!), a dental office, and a tutoring center. The parking lot is sometimes crowded. It may improve when the construction projects...
