This park is great! There is a parking lot on corner and the public restroom is right there, too, which was very clean. The whole park was nicely kept and landscaped with really nothing negative that I could find. There is a hard-packed dirt trail that runs alongside a paved pathway, as well. Most of the way along the path is shaded, too, so kudos the designers! The path goes all the way up to Peters Canyon and the paths also go in the opposite direction, back towards Interstate 5. The grass here is phenomenal! It's cut really short so playing soccer on the soccer field is super easy; also great for running or ultimate frisbee, etc. There is a concrete sidewalk that loops the park on in the inside and you can also take the sidewalk around the outside of the fence on some parts...
Read moreThis is a simple park with a playground. As is the case with most parks, the play structure isn't the most accommodating or safe for little ones that aren't aware of danger. There are too many openings in the structure or ways to fall, so you need tostay close to your child. What I do like about this playground is that's it's tucked back behind a soccer field & surrounded by barriers so if your child likes the ability to run free, this feels like a safe place for that.
