Tustin Sports Park — Attraction in Tustin

I really like this park! We went later in the day during the week and the park was a little crowded. There were lots of sports games going on and after the games a lot of the kids go and play in the play area while the parents relax at the cafe.

I do like the convenience of having the cafe right there in case I or my child gets hungry or thirsty. Right now my little one was a little small for the park but there were a few areas that were just right for her. She loved the tiny baby slide and the baby swings!

What this park has that others do not is a nice covering! The entire play area is shaded, even the swings! This comes in very handy for kids who, like mine, are still crawling so their hands and feet touch the surface. Sometimes we can't play in a park because it's too hot! With the shade, this...

This is a very nice park clean spacious and secure however in the last couple of months it's been noticed that some people have decided to use it as a chill zone where they drink their beer and smoke their weed after their soccer or their sports games it's rather unfortunate that something that's supposed to be for families is being used to basically break the law and hang out with their friends while they do illicit activities I hope the police department of Tustin or the park catches on and does something about this. It would be a shame to turn into the parks in LA where our children can't play and people can't walk comfortably anymore. Hope this comment helps better the situation but these individuals simply use the nice resources these areas have and leave messes and don't respect any...

this park is on a slow slide to being a mess due to lack of proper maintenance....I live across for over 8 years and I've seen this park degrade over the years...the maintenance crew takes no pride in their work...from the sprinklers that spray in every direction that where they should...to the weeds growing under the bleachers and in planters. trash is regularly blowing around...trees and shrubs ill maintained..more dirt shows in the planters than the srubs...why continue to trim the shrubs? what's with the sand pile in the parking lot that's been there for over a year now that now just looks like a junk pile.
