Above and beyond satisfied...from the initial phone call when I made my appointment with one of the owners, Tony, to the beautiful low lights and cut, with attention to detail from my hair stylist, Carmella. Initially when I called, it was more than refreshing to have the phone answered and not sent to voice mail. Tony took the time to ask questions about my hair texture, if I was growing out highlights or needed to update color. With his recommendation he was able to schedule me appropriately. Carmella and I talked about what I was hoping to achieve with my salon visit. She is a great listener, and creates a beautiful version of her clients. I have been a client for about 18 years, and absolutely love everything about this Salon. Tony and Carmela, the owners, are amazing and incredibly talented.
