These are popular trails with incredible wildflower diversity. Interconnected paths through riparian and mixed woodlands zones provide wonderful variation of plants, views, and birds. It's easy to walk for miles, exploring the different historical trails and interpretive areas. Dogs are required to stay on lead. Many specimens of the Genter's Fritillary. This is the place to go if you want to easily locate this rare...

Fun trails to take the family on with most trails in shade. During the summer/fall days I’d recommend you start early in the morning before the heat. Great map brochure at the Jacksonville information center in town or at the kiosk at the Woodlands.
