Britt Music & Arts Festival — Local services in Jacksonville

I’m very disappointed in my Britt experience. I was so excited to come see Ringo Starr with a friend who’s husband died a year ago today…The day of the concert. We basically saw about 2% of the show due to people who would not sit down. Even when asked politely, they would not sit. I don’t blame the people as much as I do the Britt policy. The event person to whom I asked about if, said they could do nothing about it. Why can’t they have a standing section? Or a section where the people who want to stand, sit? Two words: Mary & Sarah…in the box office are miracle workers! Mary found us two tickets to a nearly sold old OCMS show (Have fun with your family, hope to see you there!). Rumor has it that Sarah started a web connecting different artists to one another. Before I die, I must see this map. The staff is terrible. If you’re lucky enough to find staff they won’t do anything when a problem comes up. Drunk people starting fights and ruining it for everyone around. Two concerts I’ve been to and it’s the same thing. Seats, grass…it’s all...
