Well I love the Britt but it was a struggle, we had grass seats up the hill which was fine until it started to rain then we got wet and cold. The show started on time but for 45 min. There was just one guitar player/singer and he was just ok. After his time was up, no one came on for approximately 30 min. People were getting restless wet and cold. I'm disabled so I had to sit and when the show started again every one stood up and stayed up yelling and cheering so lound it was hard to hear the music. We could not see the entertaining either. The music was great but for the money paid people should have been asked to take their seats. So we decided it was not worth it any more. As I was leaving with my seated Walker there was a place near the stage where I could see the stage I stopped to peek between many others standing there and climbing on the railing. And a man told me I had to move on and not block the walk way. He was nice about but I was the only one he told while I could see him. That really put me in a funk. I don't get out much, I was so excited to be there, but being disabled sent me all the way around to the back of the Britt I came out by the bathrooms the back down to the grass and ended up almost back at the top of the hill. And then I could not see the show. I think my point is this...I was willing to struggle through the weather, but being disabled I felt little concern for those with a disability. Disabled should not have to walk all the way up the hill and zigzag trail. There should be accomodations more easily attainable. I'm very disappointed. As a disabled person we don't get out much, I had two friends with me that had gifted me the outing and assisted me. If not for them I would never have made it and would have fallen several times . I still love the Britt but likely will...
Read moreI am 22 years old, with legal ID and the security woman at the drink stand who checked my ID had an attitude and was EXTREMELY disrespectful from the get-go. She asked if me and the surrounding people around me were drinking and took our IDs as normal, and kept questioning me specifically about my Identification, and continued asking me several questions with an attitude regarding my name address, etc., which I understand that is a part of her job, but like I said from the start, her energy was off and was very rude. I gave my sister a look as if it was strange and immediately she yells at me and says “don’t roll your eyes or you will not drink” immediately I respond, “excuse me?!” My family and I were in disbelief. I am shocked and feel overly disrespected. I never rolled my eyes at her, I glanced at my sister because she had bad energy from the get-go, and was hardcore questioning me and was over the top with an attitude. She then came back before I ordered my drink and asked for my ID again and took it, and I asked “why do you need my ID again after you’ve checked it once and confirmed my age?” she again instigated the situation and repeats so disrespectfully “get an attitude again and you will not drink.” I was such in utter shock and my family, and so are other people around me. I am thankful that after speaking with the bartender, she understood the unfortunate situation and even gave me my first drink free. I’m not sure who the security guards name was but she was a woman- I would say in her 40’s maybe early 50s very very rude. hair in ponytail tonight with hat. I believe she was wearing glasses as well. Not sure if she had a bad day or if it’s just her miserable personality, but hope you learn how to treat people with...
