Great place for fishing. Large mouth, small mouth, chain pickerel, and lots of pan fish. Boat ramp is a little rough. Definitely needs some work but will do if you have a four wheel drive. Fairly deep at some points, offering good ice fishing as well. Trails all around for hiking to the river as well. Woods close by is named The Children's Woods, has a lot of history and claimed to be haunted. **Bear and deer all around if you are hiking!!
