Very nice trail walking alot with the kids very easy depends where u get on it at . Tripp rd trail is nice in the cool months but once it gets hot the water waste starts to smell bad. My daughter loves looking at the birds and the frogs

Nice paved trail with some scenic river views. The brewery foundation was kind of interesting. Great trail for a run or a ride!

The trail is in my back yard. It is a beautiful trail, great for toddlers to seniors. That is, until the disrespectful dog owners and horse owners decide to be irresponsible and not clean up after their animals! I took a walk yesterday, a short walk, on the trail. Horse poop scattered for 10 feet! And within the 100 yards, 20 piles of dog poop! Not all in one spot, but within that 100 yards. This is not an exaggeration...I have pictures to prove it! All right in the middle of the trail. So you say, walk around...well yes, I did...however with winter and snow, all that needs to happen is for an inch of snow to fall, covering the poop, and one might step, snow shoe, or cross country ski right through it! Like I said, it is a wonderful trail, but pet owners need to be responsible and respectful. It horse owners don't want to carry a shovel, then I suggest a mere garden spade would do the trick to flick the poop off the trail and into the brush or woods! Spread the word please...and please...

Much of the trail is along the Rock River or its tributaries providing opportunities to see lots of wildlife. Today I counted 6 deer seen in my travels. Very serene and...
