The best true test of the quality of a company is not by the job which you hired them to do, but how they respond to problems. We had Kaleb and his 4 man team install an all new security system in our home. They were very professional, friendly and worked smoothly, putting together a ton of 'tech stuff' way over my 70 year old brains comprehension level. The second day after the installation, some gremlins showed up. I first called Spectrum and they came that afternoon to test the lines, but the problem persisted. So I called and talked with Pam in Superiors office and she sent a crew out the same day. Days 3 and 4 the gremlins refused to give up. But Kaleb and Superior would not. Kaleb spent 3 hours himself one day working on a solution and always maintained a great 'can do' attitude. It has been 2 weeks since the gremlins have been put to rest. Pam has reached out several times to make sure everything is working properly. I'm not sure what you call a company that is beyond 'Superior' but I can say they are appropriately named!

I have been lucky enough to work with two of their excellent installers, Talon & Nate. The way they work as a team is impressive to say the least & they have done some of the cleanest work I’ve seen in a long time. They actually care… Wow… Their first onsite install was full of setbacks & they handled it like pros. Respectful of the work area & just genuinely nice guys.

I’m looking forward to working with Superior Technologies on an upcoming camera project & expect to be doing more business with them in the near future.

Used Superior to wire and install some outdoor speakers, outdoor volume controller, and then wired everything back to an indoor receiver (I provided the speakers and receiver). Great experience end to end. Scheduler got me a free estimate booked quickly with Kaleb. Kaleb was polite and helped me talk through a couple of options and actually pushed me towards the cheaper install option because he thought it was adequate (he was right). Install date was set a few weeks out. The installer, Talon, was also polite and made sure we had the installation details correct. He had a good eye for detail and the final product turned out really nice. He also did a great job cleaning up at the end of the job. Final bill was a good value for the parts and service. I will definitely call these guys back when it's time to do other work...
