It's tough finding a spot for the kids to play and swim that's not a private beach. Lions Beach though is awesome. Public restrooms, a nice clean beach and a roped off swimming area make it the perfect family fun hangout.

Wish the water was better. Wish degenerate kids/ adults didn't have to be so potty mouth around young kids. Wish people didnt smoke in the water. Wish there wasn't geese swimming with you. They need police taking radar because idiots speed when kids are...

This beach is usually really nice. There is lots of room, and a few shelters to place your items. The only real issue I have is the goose poop all over the place. Other than that we love the feel of the beach...
