This company is a sham. The techs(???) have no clue to what made my desktop inoperable. First, I was informed that it was my motherboard(that it would take a week to ten days for the required match to my system). There was never any type of communication between me or them. When I needed a question answered or wished to know the status of my desktop I had to return( the count of times was five---this in a span of three weeks) myself to seek information. When I was told that my unit would be ready after the three week wait, I arrived to be told that my hard drive was at fault ( in conjunction of the motherboard). After asking how long this would be, again, informed three additional days. I agreed but told them that the day they said my unit was to be ready I could not linger longer than noon to make my previously made appointment. I arrive on the designated day at ten o'clock in the morning to find that my unit was not ready as promised. In fact, I was told that the hard drive would not fit(wrong size that was shipped from their other location). I informed them that they could try to remedy the situation but I had to leave promptly by noon. When noon arrived, I demanded to know what was the problem( received no legitimate reply...but told the tech wanted to continue working). By this time (after the three week wait of runaround and their lack of expertise) I demanded, again, to remove all their new parts, to put the unit back to previous condition(broken) and allow me to leave. All members of the crew there(of which there were three) ignored me. With noon slipping away and my chance of making my appointment shrinking, I, for the third time, demanded my unit be given to me. Half hour later, I received my original desktop as it was brought in and left , thinking why did I allow these incompetent people to even touch my desktop. To end this comment, I found another computer repair place who told me it was nothing but a minor glitch in my unit( instead of a motherboard and hard drive as G7 told me). The repair to full serviceability to my desktop took only two days( one -diagnostics, two-repair). The fee that G7 wanted was one hundred and twenty dollars( compared to ninety at the other place), the tech at the other place was very professional, very amicable and far more versed in computer electronics than G7.    Read moreSo I had a problem with my PS4 and I bring it in to the store and they were helpful to help me out so I got my HDMI port fixed and then after that there was also another problem with the system but The store engineer or supervisor his name is Henry was very helpful and respectful and understanding throughout this process we went back-and-forth between the PlayStation being with me and the PlayStation being at the store and after about a couple weeks of the problem not getting resolved Henry offered a solution so then that problem was fixed and I was satisfied as a customer and I’ve been going here for the past couple years now and every time they’re on point and they get the job done we just had a simple misunderstanding and we well I should say he fix that and it truly shows that Henry was About his customers satisfaction but not only that also they tried every option they could to not only fix the system but satisfy the customer.
