The staff at this location really needs a lesson in customer service! At 4:15 a.m. I was driving by and saw that there were "OPEN" signs lit in the windows so I pulled up to the drive thru. After several minutes of no one asking to take my order I decided to leave and pulled forward and around two corners necessary to get out of the drive thru only to realize there was a van blocking the exit of the drive thru. A BK employee was standing there wearing her drive thru ear piece and smoking a cigarette. When she saw me she said they were closed. I asked why the OPEN signs were lit. She didn't answer. I asked her how I'm supposed to get out of the drive thru with the van in the way. She told me he was working and I'd have to reverse out of the drive thru. I asked her to have the driver pull out of the drive thru so I could get out. He could easily park on the other side of the parkway exactly 2 feet from where he was currently parked and the driveway wouldn't have been blocked. She said he couldn't move the van without even asking him to do so. I felt it was unsafe to reverse through the drive thru around two corners with blind spots and the real possibility another car might be oncoming since the restaurant gave the appearance of being open. Did the BK employee offer to help me? Nope. Just stood there saying she couldn't do anything while puffing away on her cigarette. I managed to get out of the drive thru safely (thank goodness!) and proceeded 4 blocks to McDonald's instead. On my way back, what did I see but the van parked on the other side of the parkway just as I had suggested. Thanks BK for no customer service, an employee who couldn't be bothered to help keep a customer safely back through a winding drive thru, and for misleadingly advertising that the restaurant was open when it wasn't. Had the sign not been lit, I never would have been in that potentially unsafe predicament. The employee didn't seem to care about my concerns or inconvenience in the least bit. Read moreIf I could give a -5 stars I would. The resruant continues to delcline. The food quality is mediocre at best. They never get the order correct even when you go and eat in. Lastly thier managers are rude, unprofessional and abusive. Today one of thier managers verbally assaulted me, my fiancee and her 12 year old daughter, becuase after taking 12 minutes to take our order with no one in front of us at the counter, the girl working the register did not know how to count change. She shorted me 21 dollars change. When the short, heavy set manager who was outside yelling at someone on the phone came back in to open the drawer, she saw the look on my face and proceeded to start yelling at me. She was making excuses it was this girls first day (which is undersrandable , so who was training her, the manager in the yard yelling on the phone???). She then proceeded to yell at us asking "aint you ever have a first day, aint you all got jobs.... at this point i lost my cool and finally quiped back at het, yeah i worked 55 hours this week but thats not your buisness. She then looked at my fiancee's 12 year old daughter and said don't you work, you can come work here, you ain't got a job. SHE'S 12!!! I have seen this woman act unprofessional, rude, demeaning, and arrogant to customers and employees several times before. When our food finally arrived, the order was incorrect and we had to wait on our onion rings. Lastly, the new employee failed to give the customer behind us his correct change and the manager turned her anger on the new employee telling her "what you cant count...if you cant count you cant work here". Read moreMy mom and I just had the most rudest experience ever at this location. Once we pulled into the drive thru we asked for a few mins to look over the menu. She kept asking to take our order, kind of rushing us. Then in mid- sentence we hear the girl say "hold on bae" as if she clearly was on the phone on a personal call. We both looked at each other a little confused. Before we could completely finish placing our order she said for us to come to the window in a rude tone. After driving to the window she still was rushing us and rude as ever. My mom asked what drinks are offered being that she clearly was rushing us we didn't get a chance to thoroughly look at the drinks on the menu. She said everything but Coke and Sprite...in a rude tone also. Then my mom asked again what fruit drinks are offered then she said I SAID EVERTHING BUT COKE AND SPRITE... she make annoyed facial expressions and rolled her eyes and again in a rude tone. At that point I said I won't want anything anymore and we pulled off. I've been to this particular location plenty of times in the past after I would go to the nailshop in that shopping center and NEVER had a bad experience until this evening Friday January 10,2020 around 7:45pm.
