Nolan's Point Events — Attraction in Jefferson Township

We had our rehearsal dinner at Alice's on 3/16/23. We wanted something that was a similar vibe to our wedding venue (Bear Brook Valley) and close to our hotel (Budd Lake Holiday Inn) and some place that offered food other than basic eggplant parm, chicken francaise and penne vodka. We had heard about Alice's through friends, and boy are we glad we did.

First, April, was so helpful! She explained everything to us and answered every question we had (and we had a ton!)

Second, the food. OMG! All of our guests loved how unique the menu was and it was totally customized to our taste. Everyone said how nice it was having different food at a rehearsal dinner that was to die for! We had the coconut shrimp, bruschetta, and the pulled pork tostadas with smoked corn salsa, lime jalapeño aioli. They were all delicious. The house salad was crisp and fresh as well. the Ahi Tuna we had for dinner was out of this world, the mushroom ravioli was rich and vibrant and the sliced flank steak was cooked to perfection. We can't wait to go back and try their other options!

Now, the bar! The drinks were flowing and they were GOOD! Once the espresso martinis started coming out, I knew the night was going to be awesome! We never went without a drink in our hand and the ladies behind the bar were so friendly and accommodating.

And finally, the space! Our guests were floored by how beautiful it was. The beautiful views of the lake, the table setting was perfect (they even had an outside decorator decorate for us) and having the entire restaurant to ourselves made it so easy to mingle and walk around. We literally could not have asked for a better time!

We are already talking about coming back here for another meal. We could not recommend Alice's enough to anyone looking to host a private event or just go for a meal....

We recently had our son’s and his, now wife, rehearsal dinner at Alice’s at Nolan’s Point, and can’t say enough wonderful things about the evening there! Brittany, who helped plan and organize our event, was amazing, professional and so easy to work with! Just a pleasure! Ariana and Nicki, who worked our event that evening, we’re just AMAZING! Sweet, helpful, patient, accommodating, kind, and just the hardest working women I’ve had the pleasure to get to know! They did not stop the entire night, and had smiles on their faces the entire night, even while having to dodge restless toddlers! lol! They were just great! The chef did an amazing job and the food was delicious and plenty of great choices for all appetites! Also, the beautiful room with tin ceilings, walls of windows that look out to Lake Hopatcong and it’s beautiful sunset, and the twinkly lights that came on at dark, were all the perfect atmosphere for our special event! I have never actually left a review before, but my experience with Alice's Restaurant was so fantastic, I had to share. I had my husband's 50th birthday party at Alice's Big Fish Lounge this summer and everything was wonderful from start to finish. The staff who assisted me in organizing the event were helpful. The space was perfect; with a huge bar and plenty of bar games (darts, shuffle board, etc...) Not to mention the outdoor patio with views of the lake and sunset was amazing. The food was excellent and most notable was the outstanding servers, Kerry and Arianna. They absolutely made the evening. They were helpful, friendly, and so much fun!! All of my guests commented on what a great party it was; specifically mentioning how cool the space was and how amazing...
