B&T's Food Fresh Market — Attraction in Jefferson

~I had an excellent visit/experience there today. The store was clean, neat & organized ...all the employees were GENUINELY friendly & helpful ...They all just seemed like really great people :)! The prices were very good ...I bought a fourth of a sheet vanilla/buttercream frosting cake for a coworker who is leaving our company and the whole thing, including them writing a personal message on it which they were more than happy to do, was only $14.95 before tax. Visited yesterday. Frankly speaking there was absolutely zero effort from Bells to clean any of the shopping carts as they were returned to the store or used. I realize this is a small store but a little effort please. Especially since there is a current pandemic that is affecting the world in ways we have not seen before.

In comparison, Kroger has a dedicated employee sanitizing every shopping cart that is used and returned. The young lady greeted us as we entered and informed us which carts were cleaned.

Not saying you need a dedicated employee waiting for people at the door but there needs to be evidence of clean...

Well I won't compare it to the other bells store. This bells was in sad shape I've never seen so many items out of date. The produce section was in horrible shape lot of items had spoiled. I even found candy out of date the cold cut section had meat that was turning brown. We also found the prices of things way higher than the major stores. We just decided to pay for what we had got and just finish shopping elsewhere. Don't get me wrong but the Athens location is by far better. The Jefferson store is not the place I...
