Boy was this a welcome site for sore eyes and full bladders. We had passed so many closed on the way to TN. We were so happy to encounter a pleasant person at the desk, a place to pick up brochures and updated paper maps, and clean bathrooms. We even saw them treat a lady who had fallen outside before entering. They were very gentle with her, cleaning her wounds and placing bandages on them. She had tripped on something outside but was fine. Just a little banged up. Thank you for having your rest stop manned with friendly, helpful people working at them (the person there said that all of the TN rest stops had people working them), that the bathrooms were clean and for still stocking it with brochures instead of looking at every thing online. I'm a very young senior and do everything on my phone. But it's so nice to actually have something in hand to read and easier for those traveling with...

We have used Hampton Inn when we travel for at least ,20 years or longer. we have noticed in the past three years they have lost their quality in several areas. Apparently the training of housekeeping staff is non existent. But they are not to blame for the sheets to be too small for the queen beds along with mattress pad being too small. These issues make for a poorly made bed. Flat sheets are out on with uneven sides and barely tucked in at the foot of the bed. This is happening at every one on the side past several months. The drains are usually very slow on both the tub/shower and the sink. This morning there was no hot water in the tub and only cold water at the sink. Four a 5 story hotel the dinning area was extremely small.

The past three nights, before last night, our experience there was drastically different. Hampton/Hilton managers need to be done rained by the Durrey ...

This use to be my favorite. Not anymore. Every time we came to Tennessee, we always made a stop here. They had the best coffee in their vending machines. Not anymore. They’ve cut more than half the choices & when we went today, every coffee selection said”make another selection” Did not end up with any coffee. Went to grab chips out of vending machine but it took some quarters, spit others out, cheated me on the amount I put in in coins. Tried to put a $1 bill in, nope. Wouldn’t take it. Finally, out of frustration, used my debit card. The best thing about this place now are the toilets & the Mountain View. I’ve had many friends asking me about getting the best coffee, that I claimed & posted on social media, several times now & I say nope! I don’t post reviews often & hate to sound petty because there are many worse atrocities in the world but, this was 1 of my few luxuries...

We stopped at this resting spot on our way to Disneyworld. I was pleased at how clean and tidy the place was, as well as having the opportunity to learn about Tennessee’s history! The building is wheelchair accessible as there are sidewalks that lead up to automatic doors. The bathrooms were spacious, clean and easy to find. The building itself is located on lovely decorated land with green grass and sidewalks throughout. Inside there are small exhibits and brochure stands about Tennessee’s tourism activities and small exhibits on the state’s history. It was a fascinating and insightful read. This welcome center is a great place to stop by on the interstate!

I recently stopped at the I-75 South Tennessee Welcome Center Rest Area, and it was a refreshing experience. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable place to take a break during my drive. The restrooms were spotless, and there were plenty of vending machines offering a variety of snacks and drinks. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that the area remained tidy and welcoming. Additionally, the informational brochures available provided useful insights into local attractions and services. Overall, this rest area made for a pleasant and convenient stop on my journey.
