Biagio is one of the most meticulous artists. Additionally, he is very clean and hygienic throughout the tattoo process. He is the only person I trust to do freehand work for my tattoos. I have been going to him for years and will continue to return. Unlike other artists who just take a photo concept and copy it or stencil it, he takes the time to learn about why you want the tattoo, the back story, meaning, and symbolism and develops true artwork. He will create a sketch for you but the final product is even better than the sketch. I give him a vision of what I want for a tattoo and he surpasses it every time. I totally trust him and the creative process to do complete freehand on my body. He never disappoints. If you are looking for a tattoo artist hands down he is the best in the industry. The attached photo is captured from my wedding of some of his freehand work from what can be seen in the picture. I get complements from random people all the time on his work....

first consultation visit was great he drew everything on me that i wanted $ 500 2nd visit from 12:00 to 10:00 he redrew everything on me again and just outline everything in white so he didn't loose his drawing for another $2100,3rd visit from 11;30 to 10:00 he basically shaded my cover up in white and reshaped a couple roses for another $2100 so for $4700 i went home with pain and and nothing basically done to my arm.Biagio all you are is a con artist and if you were a man you would return my money.this is the first review in my life ,it really sucks that you conned me out of $4700,sorry 200 of that was numbing cream.i texted you to be a man and contact me!update pics of black lion tattoo new artist...

Biagio is an incredible tattoo artist, he has a clear head about what he wants to do, is very respectful, mindful, and considerate. His quality speaks for itself but in addition to good quality tattoos, he is a good quality person. I've been under his needle for almost a hundred hours and I highly recommend him!
