3 Roads Deli & Grill — Restaurant in West Milford

My family and I have gone to this place for years and years and they have served delicious food consistently. Unfortunately for the past few months it has gone down hill. The sandwiches are not always made right and don’t taste good. I have ordered the same grilled chicken salad and on the menu it says “grilled chicken served over a bed of lettuce and topped with cucumbers, onions, carrots, and shredded cheese. It seems they do not know how to make this anymore or they are unfamiliar with the menu because serval times I have gotten the wrong salad. Today I got a chicken Caesar salad. This place has completely ruined breakfast sandwiches elsewhere for me due to the simple addition of their rosemary potatoes to any egg sandwich. If you have not tried it, you must but be warned, a plain old bacon, egg and cheese anywhere else will pale in comparison. I usually get a potato, egg and cheese with peppers and fried onions. I don't even miss the meat in the sandwich. The fried chicken and Jungle Habitat sandwich are other favorites. Not only did we not get our complete order we called and tried explaining that an order was missing and the phone service had given us major attitude and didn’t apologize for messing up the order (it was being made as we walked in but never made it back with us). We ordered meaty Mac and cheese last time I checked this is pasta with meat sauce more like a lasagna (besides that it was extremely dry) very disappointed it was not Mac n cheese tossed it right in the trash!
