I really wanted to like this trail as it was quiet and runs along a refreshing river but there were too many problematic areas that need to be addressed immediately by the CNRNA. #1 High theft and vandalism warnings everywhere but no security cameras anywhere to be found. Due to the remote nature of the trail, it looked extremely unsafe to leave the car and go hiking for a couple of hours. #2 The trail was very quiet but not maintained at all. There were overgrown bushes, logs that poked out with the trail looking unsafe to maneuver during wet seasons. This was surprising as it is a paid trail. I have seen much better-looking free trails #3 Bathroom was not maintained either. It smelled really bad with no hand soap either. Again, I have seen better maintained free trails with lot more amenities than this one.

What a great place to hike! Its an easy hike in either direction with a nice pathway from so many people going in and out. The parking was easy and available around 10 am when we got there. The hike is along the river with great views and beautiful sounds. Dog friendly (we saw quite a few and brought our own), lots of spider webs and spiders though. So be aware of your surroundings.

Beautiful trail. We actually parked by Chattahoochee River Environmental Education Center for our trail run and headed towards Jones Bridge Park. There were river views and chipmunks and the trail is soft and covered with pine needles. The water was surprisingly clear and has bright green spiky plants in it. Thumbs up!

Beautiful little trail nestled along the Chattahoochee. Parking was simple, with bathrooms at the trailhead. Two loops extending east and west, with the east loop being about a mile and the west loop about 4.5 miles. We did the east loop and part of the west loop. Mostly an easy hike, with just a few spots where we had to climb over fallen logs. A few steep uphills in a couple of locations. It's close to the road and we never quite escape the sound of traffic, but it was a great spot to spend a couple of hours on an unseasonably...

The park is very nice with well marked trails and nice views along the river. The restrooms are in rough shape as a sink is missing and a urinal non-functional. There are picnic tables but a long ways north of the parking lot where no one uses them. The dock along the river is a great view. The address given in Google Maps is not correct for the park/trail but takes you to the environmental center one mile south of the...
