Read moreWent here on a wine tour. I work in the industry so I do not question their judgement to cut my aunt off as she was being loud on her birthday. What did not make sense was the OWNER deciding to cut off the entire group. Four of us did not and never did show signs of intoxication: I’ve been a bartender for 10+ years. We never challenged this even if we didn’t agree, we did mention how the other owner never once was wearing a mask: a regulation by law that’s still in affect. After that he threatened to call the police on our group.
During this interaction, I had left my jacket in the bathroom. I asked a bartender and the OWNER about the jacket and they immediately knew what I was referring to. I never described this jacket but they did on the spot, meaning they’d seen it. Yet, after we asked why the entire group was cut off and pointed out the owners lack of responsibility to wearing a mask... my jacket was never seen. I needed to leave the property. They and their staff felt confident enough to yell, scream and talk back to me without hesitation. I simply wanted my property which they had in their possession from the beginning.
Maybe they don’t care about wine tour costumers but about 4+ of us intended on buying a bottle. Glad we didn’t.
There are SOOOOO many other winery’s in the area worthy of your money and time. Highly don’t recommend this establishment, I have over 11 years in the service industry and I have never dealt with such unprofessional workers, especially coming from...
