I have trained with Lucas for the past two years at Ozark Iron Gym and have thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I initially reached out to him months before moving to the area, and he showed genuine interest in learning about how to support my fitness goals from the onset. Throughout my training experience, Lucas has demonstrated a commitment to thoughtfully pushing my limits, allowing me to gain strength and confidence in my fitness capacities. He has a fun and chill attitude, yet can also step into the role of a motivating coach, so that I can reach my full potential. I have handled exercises I never thought I could be able to achieve, and certainly not on my own, including deadlifts and farmer's walks. I also appreciate his sense of humor and our ability to have interesting conversations during the workouts. That makes him even easier to connect with. Lucas holds high standards for himself and of his clients, which I appreciate. Even when I've been sick and had travel conflicts, Lucas has been accommodating and we have figured out alternate plans to ensure I still keep the momentum. What really stood out was how well he balanced listening to what I wanted in a workout while still challenging me to do more than I thought I could. He's respectful, incredibly knowledgeable, and a great communicator. The app he uses is user-friendly, keeps me motivated, and made tracking progress so simple. He was always easy to reach and quick to respond when I had questions.

Read moreLucas is an awesome trainer and an awesome person. He treats me as person, not just a client, and genuinely cares about me as an individual. His workouts are hard, but structured in a manner to teach you how to work out and help you understand how to maintain an active lifestyle. Lucas is knowledgeable and able to make adjustment to the workouts based on personal needs. I have an ankle injury and deal with migraines and any time those issues come up, he knows what alteration to make so I can safely get my workouts in while still continuing to grow. He's also skilled at meal planning and helping make mindset changes regarding diet. If you a serious about making a change and learning to stick with it I can't recommend Lucas enough.
