I went on a Joshua Tree retreat with Ashley a few years ago and it was divine! Somehow she knows what I need even if I have no clue. I was impressed with the accommodations (I had my own little airstream), the food (I’m still trying to recreate meals we had there) and Ashley’s expertise in all things yoga. We had meditation practices, chanting practices, asana practices and other fun activities that were creative and fun. We had a day of silence, which was somewhat life changing for me. There was a hot tub and a cold plunge at the retreat spot. It was a perfect retreat. Highly recommend joining Ashley in Joshua Tree for one of her retreats. Also, she knows the lay of the land as she lives in the desert herself and she respects the magic and the beauty of this beautiful landscape. Great energy all around!
