I've never requested a refund at a theater in my life, but I am now. I went to watch the new Aliens and I thought holy heck this movie was bad because they did a terrible job with lighting. I get home and rewatch the trailer, nope, it's just B&B had the gamma so dark you couldn't see ANYTHING except the spaceship lights and the character faces. It made the movie completely unwatchable. Additionally, if you sit in the balcony you have a 1 in 5 chance of a massive spot light over you, no clue why that can't be muted(I moved because what the heck). The movie theater butter was broken, one of the soda machines was out of order and the other was missing 1/3 of the flavors. My wife was also told that she "couldn't get more cheese for her nachos because what was given was enough." My wife, admittedly likes some cheese with nachos, but I also paid you one 1992 Corolla for it, just add one more squirt of cheese, your competitors have no problems with this. One of the speakers in the back was rattling during any bass scenes as well. B&B you're 2 miles from me and I want to love you, but what gives here? Make me want to give you a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIām giving 2 stars because the staff was professional and curtious. Unfortunately, this particular location has a lot of teenagers who go to this theatre and these kids I saw at the movie here today were definitely junior high school kids not high school kids anyways for an hour straight the two kids in my row made my movie experience so horrible I got up and demanded my money back. These kids were flashing the cell phone lights taking selfies during the movie to the point it was unbearable for me to be in the theater with them. I did get a refund unfortunately didnāt get to see the movie because of the teenagers antics during the time I was in there. I mean they were completely disruptive. The manager refunded my money thank you for that, but they did not seemed surprised by my complaint about disruptive teenagers in their theatre. In the future, card your guests for R rated movies if theyāre under 17 they probably shouldnāt be in their unsupervised. I would advise going to a different location because they do seem to have a lot of problems with teenagers being disruptive during the movie at this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHaven't even seen the movie yet. I had a ridiculous mixup with the tickets (it was all my fault to begin with, paying with a gift card, picked the wrong movie and showtime, blah, blah, blah) and had to go in person to deal with fixing it. From the first person I spoke to (Ashlyn) to the manager who had to step in to fix it (Keaten, I believe) everyone was so friendly and helpful. Their staff is so stinking nice every time I go in here. Even though the fault was definitley on our end, they fixed it, and it was messy. A line formed behind me, so they opened up another register to help the others. The system was being a jerk, so he just made it work even though I could tell it wasn't easy for him. I am just really thankful that at no point anyone showed that they were frustrated in anyway. There is no way they weren't at least slightly annoyed, because I was annoyed! (with myself of course.) Thank you guys!!! Your patience and kindness is so appreciated. See you later for the movie I was supposed to purchase in the...
