I've been there when it has before , went through different owners. It never changed. It's Terrible run. Alot of machine were broken. They need Security out side the parking lot. Me and my wife almost got hit. By others drivers , when we were leaving. A car blocked us leaving. Backing out of a parking spot. It was close to the front. Entrance. A lady got out standing infront of are vehicle.....it gave us a bad feeling. Of don'tfeel safe coming to Bally.. , from that car. Who blocked us. That person she was with. So Bests odds /tradewinds closed early they're supposed to close at 2:00 a.m. but they closed at midnight on mother's Day weekend Chickie and Pete's close their kitchen at midnight!They have no system here!! They get all this money but what do they do with it!???? So the food at Best Odds (formally known as trandwinds) is not good 😶. I had pretzel bites and so called garlic parmesan totes. The cheese for the bites taste strange 🤮 and looks like tarter sauce. Pretzels hard like a brick 🧱 and these totes flat out not worth it. Its a $2 charge for parmesan cheese flakes🤨! Oh and their machines take your money when you go to cash out! Take your ticket to the cashier and cash out!!!!

I have to make a comment about Richard whom works as a dual employee in the table games. I have witnessed him completely degrade women, make inappropriate remarks about individuals that are Asian and even argue back and forth with customers as if he is trying to get the last word. It was my understanding that a person in a leadership role would respect the environment and people around them. In addition, you would think he would take a moment to build a bridge with individuals when an issue arises. Isle of Capri has undergone some changes that are frown upon such as the buffet closing, valet services removed, and even shortage of staff. If Richard is allowed to continue these actions towards customers, you can only think that this type of behavior is either endorse by the casino or is not documented appropriately. I have brought items to other members of management and I understand it is not my place to know the outcome but it seems as if a corrective action plan is in need of this man due to his inability to work in a customer service industry. Its amazing how other casinos in the area are packed on multiple nights and through out the day. Isle of Capri seems to think that having employees that are disrespectful towards customers is okay. The next thing that will happen is someone will read this, copy and paste and phrase that has been used so much it is not personalized in addressing any concerns and then ask for a phone call.
