Mindsight Gaming — Attraction in Kenosha

I ordered with these guys on 1/4/21. I received it 2/1/21. When I reached out to them, I was met with condescension (I really do know what a business day is thanks for explaining...) and sarcasm. I had to send several messages to receive a reply. When I reached out I was told that they sent the package on the 8th (4 days later?) and was then told the package was sent with insufficient postage. Nine business days later, still no package (the 28th) I messaged them and was told they would check on the status, later telling me it was in transit. Guess what date is on the label printed for postage? The 28th and behold I had it way faster than 9 business days.

Eventually one of them will come over to just let me know “they obviously closed early today.” In the most disrespectful way possible. Placed order on tcgplayer.com from this store and after nearly 2 weeks only living an hour away they had the nerve to call me lazy for not coming down to pick up my online order that I paid shipping for due to their horrible shipping speed and communications claiming I never sent.
