10/26 Today was my first time eating here. Everything I ordered was absolutely DELICIOUS. Best Mexican food I have had in Kenosha, hands down

10/29 Edit. I went back today because the food was so good the other day. I had to change my review to 3 stars because everything that could go wrong, did go wrong. I placed my order online from their actual website. Went at the suggested pick up time to find they had no knowledge of my order. They eventually found my order and acted like I was inconveniencing them by saying I'd wait for food I already paid for. Food finally came out about 20b minutes later. I figured I should check to make sure everything was and my elite was missing. I swear I felt interrogated even though the missing elite was just hanging out in the window. I also asked if I should have 2 bags of chips because I purchased both chips and guacamole. ($2.59) and chips and guac ($10.36). I was told the bag they gave me was pretty big and even though it wasn't even filled halfway, they wouldn't give me more. I could see if I got the chips and salsa for free but my thinking is I paid for 2 separate orders of chips so I should have gotten 2 bags of chips. I didn't even bother to argue. I took my food home and wondered if I even went to the same place as the other day. Nothing tasted the same. The meat on my tacos tasted burnt. The beans were completely different. I'm really upset that I wasted about $45 for the experience I had today. I always share my food with my dog and he didn't even want what i was served today. DO NOT EAT HERE! Terrible customer service and even worse food. If I could give less than 1 star I would. We ordered an appetizer of nachos. They put refrigerated meat on top of some chips and put melted cheese on, then add shredded cheese and nuked it for 30 seconds maybe. Put some lettuce tomatoes onions on top and serve it. Needless to say it was cold. I said something to the server and nothing wash done about it. Then the food came out... Save your money!
