Went for a two day backpacking trip out in a section of the red river gorge geological area that I’d never been before. I was not disappointed. Loved the hike down. The whole area has an ancient, untouched feel about it. Absolutely beautiful! And at the bottom, a lovely stream to refill the water bladders and cool down the boot feet.
