I had an amazing time here, and even ordered a custom-made piece. It came out beautiful. It was my family name, and it was done in two days.
Note: I was curious about the bad reviews, some on here and other sites, which all seem to surround customer service. To be honest, I think that the workers are not rude, but more like no-nonsense. What I like is that they aren't going to try to sell you stuff. If you want to come in and look, fine. If you want to buy something, do that. I would really like to know what time of year is best to come to watch the glassblowers and see new work. I can't wait to have a custom piece made now that I know they offer this service. This is a place worth stopping by if you're in the area or exploring the...
