The gator swamp walk on the boardwalk is great!!!thank you of gatorland for setting this swamp aside as a very unique biological preserve.this is what Florida looked like a long time ago before man started to plow everything under, pave road, put in houses and countless stores.this is the real deal,I could imagine that this is little changed since the age of the dinosaurs!!to me,it is so enjoyable to walk this swamp walk,it is very quiet back in there except for chirping birds and crickets.it puts my soul at ease just being in that swamp walk.i have been on that walk three times recently and my camera sees something new each time.i have about 200 photos I took and I transport myself back there with those photos whenever life's stresses get me down.i urge each visitor to gatorland to stop in and visit this treasure.it is good to see also how mother nature has started to repair all the swamp that was damaged in the 2004 hurricanes--charley,Frances,jeanne.come,sit down in one of the swamp chairs and let nature soak into your weary mind.youl be glad you did!!I think this great to educate young and old about what Florida used to be like all over. I'll no need to travel to the everglades to see a piece of real Florida,it is here for us all to marvel at what god has created.now, the logging industry about 100 years ago cut almost all of this down,so look at how mother nature has repaired and restored gods wonderful treasure for us to...

First time we have visited here been wanting to come over the many years we have visited Orlando but just never had enough time but so glad we did. It was too expensive for admission & there's so much to see & do its certainly worth the money we had been reading it get very very busy & there could be long queues to get in but we got there at 10:30am & was able to walk straight in, it was busy inside but thats the normal for attractions in Florida. Everyone enjoyed themselves & could of easily stayed longer but 3 to 4 hours was just right, definitely would recommend this place. I would recommend buying tickets in advance because you get them slightly cheaper than walking straight up to the...

It's not just for kids! Although, they do have a kids spray park for them. It's a wonderful world of Gators, birds and Florida critters. The shows were fun, with interesting facts and lots of engagement. It's definitely affordable in a world of over priced super heroes and mice. You can bring your family and really make a day of it. I do suggest bringing some cash to throw down for pictures and "donations" ($5s and $10s) There are a few feeding encounters so get there early. Again, you can make a day of this. Don't listen to the people saying it takes only 3 hours because to see and experience everything you do need the complete day.

What an incredible experience! I had never seen albino crocodiles before, I was fascinated with their skin, I learned a lot by reading the small posters that describe who they are and how they behave, also the most impressive thing was that the workers should put aloe on their skin, I can't imagine the arduous task that this must be, without a doubt an experience not to be missed for both adults and children.

I was afraid it might be a little cheesy but it was a pretty nice place with lots to see and do. The shows were funny and interesting. They definitely have a lot of gators. The swamp buggy ride was fun. The guide never quit talking, she made it a lot of fun. The kids really enjoyed the day!
