Paradise Latin Grill — Restaurant in Kissimmee

This was our first time at this restaurant, and I was disappointed. The food was expensive and of poor quality, with small portions.

I ordered the Trio appetizer, which included chicken, pork, yuca fried, and sausage and chimichurri. The chicken was overly salty, and the pork chunks were bland. The chimichurri looked like it was mixed in regular oil instead of olive oil.

The small amount of churrasco was also of poor quality. My son stated it tasted strange…My friend ordered the chicken tacos, which were also salty. I ordered the grilled chicken with white rice, which was also salty.

We expressed our concerns to the waitress,but she was dismissive and didn’t provide any feedback. I called her over again to repeat our concerns, but she attacked and compared us to a previous party who ordered the same dishes and she states didn’t complain.

I advised that we shouldn’t be compared to others, but she remained uncooperative and didn’t apologize. I asked for the bill immediately, and they removed one of the entrees.

Upon reviewing the bill, the waitress kept changing screens to the end to pay without me looking at the bill. I told her to stop doing that. I was charged $78 and with a “surcharge” included. Surcharge fee???? I didn’t even get a chance to eat. A trio plate cost $34, which is something my mother could have cooked better at home. What happened with Restaurant quality food? This location did not have it.

I couldn’t believe how much money I spent and how poor quality the food was. I don’t understand how this restaurant has a 4.9 rating. We will never be returning to this place. It was a waste of money and time. Folks, I highly recommend not to try this place. There are way better restaurants than this one…..

And with all the bad experiences we were going through with there entrees, a manager didn’t even come to our table to assist. What a poor quality establishment. I went home hungry … :(.

This place is truly amazing, overall! The food is freshly made and delicious! I always get the mofongo and it’s always very good! I’ve had the mofongo with shrimp and the second time with steak, and OMG, the steak was soooo good! If you are ever in the mood for some good steak, this place is it! In addition to great food and great service, the atmosphere is spectacular! The live entertainment is so much food! On Sundays they have karaoke, and the people who participate are all professional level singers!! It was a SHOW! The entire place is clean, well kept, and absolutely beautiful! Same goes for the restrooms! The young people servicing are very attentive and friendly! The cooks are amazing! The drinks and Hookah were also good! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for good food and a great place to spend an enjoyable time with...

This place was a hard disappointment. First of all, how are you a sit-down restaurant with fountain drinks and no refills? Be so serious. Charging me for a sad little soda that I can’t even top off? Wild behavior.

Now let’s talk about the food—because I wish I couldn’t. I ordered the picanha expecting juicy, flavorful steak. Instead, I got something dry, chewy, and completely underwhelming. I’ve had better texture from beef jerky. Zero seasoning. Zero effort. Maximum regret.

The prices? Absolutely not reflective of the quality. Everything felt like a scam in a menu. You’d think for what they charge, they’d at least throw in decent service or edible food. But no—it was giving overpriced cafeteria with attitude.
