Here is on the way to the dam. You can see some chairs, tables but not much shadow under such hot day. I also see a basin with dirty water inside. This picnic area is not suitable for picnic considering water and shadow is everywhere along the way.

A pretty awesome place to just kick back relax have some lunch read a book and just get away from life you can either bike ride there or hike. During the winter there is a lot of water streams and during the summer there is a lot...
