VF Furniture — Attraction in La Puente

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this family owned business. I went throgh a strugle of months of research and a failed amazon delivey and decided to just google a couple of furniture stores. I found VF furniture on google with great reviews and decided to visit. Jennifer the owner was super helpful, kind and offered me the best customer service a customer wish for. It was a hot day , she even offered me an ice cold water. She helped me decide on the color i wanted , looked up many booklets to try to find a mathing coffee table with it. Guess what? They only charged the gas for delivery and they offered it to deliver the very next day. Her husband was super polite and also was on the dot on the delivery time, they were there exactly on time as they say they would. I am very happy with my couch , looks amazing. So people if you read this dont hesitate to reach out to them, they are the best, you will get the VIP service and care...

I bought a sofa set and dinette set. It was delivered at night so I couldn't see the defects. The table and chairs had many scratches. One of the chairs was missing a rubber tab on the end of one of it's legs and wobbled a lot. When I went back to the store they gave me a worn out tab which didn't fix the wobble. The sofa has a scratch near the arm rest, it looks like the color was scratched off. The sofa is dark brown the scratch looks white. I had to help with moving the furniture and now I have pain in my back that has not gone away...
