For October 19th event , we have booked Manohar with deposit and menu for appetizers and dinner for almost 500 guests. But on the day we found out at 5pm that he never showed up. We called him and his attitude was rude, unprofessional, like none of my business. He did not apologize or try to help since event time was at 5 pm. His accuse was that we never reminded him for the event, but our Vanue Host called and left a message as a reminder. Also since he has the deposit and list of the menu I don’t think we have to remind him. Every other vendors I have booked they are the ones were calling and confirming multiple times. But then we asked him what should be done since it is 5 pm and event supposed To start at 5 pm for Almost 500 guests, his answer was “I don’t know, I am in Los Angeles” and hang up the phone. Less quality meats than before. This Indian restaurant is located in the city of La Puente. The parking is free and easy. I used to like the mixed grill meats a lot, however, it is not the same quality anymore. Before, the mixed grill meats had chicken, lamb, shrimp and fish. Now they only serve chicken with big bones in it, and some spicy ground beef. I was very disappointed since the main reason for me to come to this restaurant, it is for the mixed grill meats. Plus, they changed the size and printing of the Manu: it was very small sized Manu with tiny prints. It was very hard to see under the normal lighting. The service was fast and attentive.
