This was a long time coming visit for me. I heard about these sculptures before covid and always wanted to see them in person. Im glad I did my research in advance since the sculptures are really spread out. The Dragon across the road is the most popular but there are also the off shoots of birds, wild stallions, and the dinosaurs as well. Make sure you find them on the map as they are north and South of the town center. For the dinosaurs be prepared for a little more off-road than usual since they are down a narrow rock covered lane. Overall it was a nice stop on the way from San Diego to Palm Springs and I highly recommend it. Much if it can even be done without getting out of your vehicle. Don't forget to bring extra water and a good hat to block the sun.

Dragon is the most amazing sculpture. There are 130 sculptures in the area. Although the sculptures are a distance from each other they are easily accessed by car. Obtain an online map so you do not miss any of the sculptures.
