CFM has been my go-to for flooring and counters since I started remodeling homes some years ago. As a real estate agent, I also send my clients to CFM for their home remodel needs with full confidence they are in great hands. Since I live in Olympia I've been driving to Fife for their business. Needless to say I was incredibly excited when I found out they were opening a store in Lacey and even more so when I found Valerie and Michelle were running the branch. They are amazing. I can say that distributor companies are usually good at delivering products I need, however, recently I did have challenge finding a match for my existing flooring. Michelle and Val worked on the problem until the right product was found and Violá...CFM...

Ugh! We hit a HUGE snag in the installation of our Master Bedroom cabinets and Tim Richey came through like a champ. We were at a dead end and when we reached out to our designer, she wasted no time reaching out to others at CFM to help us resolve our major problem-primarily finding the right installer. Tim really came through connecting us with yet another amazing professional to help us at an incredibly stressful and overwhelming time. Every experience I've had with CFM from the initial consultation to the completion of the project(still in the works) has been incredible even when the issues had nothing to do them, they have helped throughout the whole process. Valerie was just what we needed to lead my wife and me out of the wilderness of big box stores in selecting tile for our bathroom remodel. Calm, engaging and deeply knowledgeable. She validated some of our big box choices and supplemented them with a couple of new ones that were just what we needed to put our project over the top. It didn’t hurt that CFM’s show room is packed with choices the big box stores get u dreaming about as u look at their websites but seldom get to see much before u give up your credit card.
