Aesthetically, this park is beautiful, and the volunteers at the Senior Centre are always friendly. The city and many people cite the park as an unofficoal off-leash dog park, despite signs saying to keep your dog on a leash at all times, and according to Washington state leash laws, is a completely illegal claim and use of the park. No one seems to care, despite my leashed pet being attacked multiple times.

The police frequent the park, and harass anyone that doesn't look right to them. No one in the park calls them, I swear- I've sat near an obviously homeless man, keeping to himself, and an officer came in, parked facing us, and just sat for over a half an hour. The man did nothing- just sat, reading a book or poking his phone, no litter, wasn't smoking. The officer came out of the car and asked the man to move along. The man was surprised, and asked why. The officer CLAIMED that SEVERAL people had called for days about an "eyesore". I had visited the park consecutively for several days, and this was the first I saw him.

There's no smoking signs everywhere, and three people were smoking near the children's playground, but the officer couldn't be bothered with them. I've seen many more incidents like this at this park. It's disgusting, and the people using the park take it for granted.

Poop EVERYWHERE, and it reeks of urine of all species. Restrooms have been closed, and I've overheard people tell their children to "just use...

Normally I'm a big fan of this location being a disc golf player but on this visit I saw the orange paint of lines where they were going to be doing the maintenance and trimming back of bushes and trees and grass and such thought part of a tree that was sprayed I assume that meant it was going to be trimmed through 8 discs on the driving range before I realized that that spray paint had a tiny tiny tone underneath it with hardly even legible black marker and it said wasps so I have sacrificed my discs and some loner discs because I am highly allergic to wasps if I get within 2 ft of a cone before I can read it there is no way that any child is going to be able to read it and most parents aren't going to be able to read it I would highly recommend that park and Recreation services works on making signs like that more noticeable for the public for their own safety. And my photos here adjusting my reasoning I cannot make out the writing on that cone and there isn't you can barely see the cone from where you shoot the discs from from...

This place has outdoor seating, which i love. However, be careful of how and what you order. I was with a friend who ordered from the food side and got two carne asada taco and a blended margaritas during happy hour and paid $12.50. Very large. I ordered the carnitas that was their "special" and a Cadillac margaritas with respado tequila. Very small. I knew the respado was more expensive, which is worth it. I also ordered a shot on the side. My bill during the same time of happy hour came to $58.60!!!!! Respadado is $14 a shot. And my food was $23.91!! DURING HAPPY HOUR AND LISTED A SPECIAL. The food is good, but NOT that special. I spoke to the owner and he would not budge an inch. I don't mind paying for good food and drink, but I do feel like you should get what you are paying for. This place is not worth the prices. If you go, ask questions and make sure you know what you...
