Log Cabin Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Washington

Came in tonight june 9th, to watch friends play darts, friends that play on a league here. My friend ordered a sandwich from Ashley the bartender/waitress, and after an hour had passed he inquired about it. And he stated he had seen three orders come out, and he had placed his order prior, she responded" what makes you think that?" (Why not say hold on let me check). No she walked away and continued her job. NEVER once checking on the order he had inquired about. Leaving my friend standing at the bar, too walk away. "Thinking what the heck just happened". After approx 15 more min his wife went up to talk with Ashley and pay the tab and since it has been a lengthy time since the order was placed she wanted to cancel the order. In the conversation, Ashley was talking in a raised and argumentative tone just below yelling, stating that the order was up and it was being delivered now, (which as I turned nothing was on the table, and nothing was in the pick up area in the kitchen) she was yelling "now I have to pay for it!" She aggressively swiped the card and literally THREW the reciepts and card across the bar top at my friend, stated in a nasty tone, "Have a goodnight!" She then stormed off to the kitchen yelling and raising her arms, to the kitchen staff, to what I took was she was telling them to cancel the order. The order that she stated previously was being delivered. Then with 4 patrons at the end of the bar near the kitchen, I could hear her telling the other bartender/waitress what had just happened, in a raised agitated tone. And there were approx 34 patrons in here when order placed. Poor customer service Inappropriate tones used by employee. This behaviour is unacceptable, I am sure if it was handled in a different manner it would have had a better outcome. Just a simple" let me check on that" would have been GREAT with a follow up with the patron. How hard would that have been in the beginning? Maybe coaching in better customer service would be beneficial, It will not stop my friends from coming, due to darts, however it will stop them from utilizing her for service in the future if...

First horrible experience in a very long time. Me and my 25 year old daughter stopped by Sunday afternoon. Wasn't packed or busy, but our blonde headed waitress was M.I.A. most of the time. She only showed up to briefly take our orders & to take our food away & to charge us My daughter is half native American & I'm white, and I'm hoping it had nothing to do with her race, but literally the food was horrible! And the ranch that was served was spoiled! Fries cold in center. Chicken basket was almost uneditable. Packed with cold grease. My daughter asked the waitress/ bartender if they had Pepsi or coke products and before she could decide on a soda drink, the waitress bartender left mid sentence and came back with a drink that she didn't even ask for. I ask for "just water" and she rolled her eyes at me. Not friendly environment at all! Food literally gave us food poisoning and my daughter was throwing up all Sunday after eating there. Very cold atmosphere almost sure that the food we were served was old and just reheated! Calling today to get my money back Will not be recommending this restaurant to anyone, except for the health department aAnd the BBB Stop by if you want horrible overpriced food that you wouldn't even...

Whoever the daytime bartender is this Saturday April 5th, heavy set with a cookies sweatshirt, needs a serious attitude adjustment. The most rude sarcastic service I’ve ever experienced at a bar.

At first we got a huge single shot, it was nice, like literally a bucket glass 2/3rds full…till she left and didn’t come back for a long time. Had to ask her to pull us tabs because she was filling ketchups instead of checking on anyone and when she came over she was very blah attitude not a friendly girl. Which ok fine maybe she’s having a bad day. Our food comes up and it’s sitting up there for awhile so we go outside and come back in, still no food. Mind you, it’s 2pm there is a whole 6 people in there. Food comes when she finally notices it and then it’s got the wrong cheese on it, I tell her it’s ok we don’t have time to fix it at this point and she rolls her eyes and says “it wouldnt take very long to scrape the cheese off and put new cheese on” clearly agitated with us for some reason. Goes back and forth with my boyfriend and finally I say “are you ok?” She says I’m fine and walks off. Just super gross service and a bad representation of the bar.
