My children and I came to play at Cali Splash Park over the weekend. The wait time to fill out waivers and get life jackets was fairly short, and the obstacle course was big! There were several lifeguards present both on the obstacle course and on the shore. However, there were several major blind spots throughout the course where lifeguards were not able to see you. One spot in particular is where there is a rope that you can swing from, from one side to the other. Attached to this rope is a thinner rope that you use to pull the swing rope from one side to the other. When I reached for the swing rope to swing across, the thin rope slid up and wrapped around my arm, causing me to hang from the structure. I screamed out, but nobody was able to hear me, and I was left hanging by my arm for several seconds until I was able to break free. The pain in my arm was excruciating, and I could have easily dislocated it, had I not been able to break free. This specific area needs to be either closely monitored or the rope swing itself needs to be altered of the smaller rope. This rope could easily wrap around a child's neck, causing permanent injury. Further, when asked if the water was safe to swim in, some lifeguards said yes, and some said they didn't know, so it would be helpful for all lifeguards to know whether that part of the lake is safe for people to swim in. Due to algae blooms. I assumed it was because of the obstacle course, but again, was told different each time I asked.

Overall my kids had a great time and experience at the splash park. In the area of customer service my only recommendation would be to update the verbiage on your website to specify that EACH child from ages 4-8 would need to be accompanied by an adult. So if you are a single parent with two children between the ages of 4-8 expect to have some issues. The female at the ticket booth lacked empathy and understanding that their information on their website was vague. Sadly not even a refund was an option whether u were out of county or state. Info on website Are there age or height requirements? Yes, you need to be 9 years old to be able to participate on your own. Kids between 4 and 8 can play if accompanied...

Cali Splash Park was a fantastic experience for the whole family. My kids had an absolute blast exploring all the water attractions and couldn’t stop smiling the entire time. The park was clean, well-maintained, and offered a safe environment for children to play. What stood out the most was the exceptional staff—every employee we encountered was professional, friendly, and eager to help, which made our visit even more enjoyable. We’re already looking forward to...
