Not happy with tech service experience, from the expectation of when the service would be done, to how long we had to wait to be helped in store because they are clearly understaffed in this service department , to observing the cashier loudly talking on his EarPods to friends… it was weeks passed when they said it would be done for what was supposed to be very little data and shouldn’t have taken more than 2 hours turned into weeks of waiting. Makes a customer feel VERY uneasy that someone has our personal belongings for this amount of time with no explanation as too why it took that long because once we got 1/2 hard drives back with the external hard drive transferred with the data, 1/2 hard drives didn’t even process onto our external hard drive we got. No explaniatin to this until we realized the problem and had to go back in and ask WHY. Trying to save a few dollars choosing here instead of Geek Squad at Best Buy was a waste of time and mistake now that we’ve had to spend so much time going back and forth and to no avail do we have what we wanted after trying to go in today to meet with the tech and was 20 min late from the time he was supposed to be there and help us. Will follow up with manager at a later date. Also see photo attached of the disgusting counter top that they clearly don’t clean that actually has DRIED BLOOD 🩸 ON IT! Read moreI went in sad came out happy! Thanks to Lance. I had just had a bad experience at Minute Man Press at 120 US Highway 1 North Palm Beach. Minute Man Press had quoted me a price over the phone of $35 & told me they could do what I needed when I got there took 2 steps in & was stereotyped. Tension & an elephant in that room.. No greeting at all from the 2 men or woman. The woman finally spoke after my 3 greetings of hi fell on death ears. I told her I called earlier. She took one look at me & immediately said I am sorry we can't do it in that condition. What condition you haven't looked at it. I was humbled walked out got in my car & called Staples & the rest is history. I went to Staples & asked a couple of questions. I was greeted by Lance & with a smile he said can I see what you are holding. I gave it to him & his words were sincere as he stated I understand. Give me 30 minutes. I saved $30 & Lance made a lifetime friend in me. I am forever grateful. Read moreGood night everybody, my grandma mailed a package and she received her receipt without the tracking number so then the next day she called the store to find the tracking number and a gentlemen answered and disregarded her request saying that the tracking number was on the receipt when it clearly was not. Today at 7:30 pm we called again and the same gentleman answered the phone and we asked once again about the tracking number and he gave the same response and my grandma continued to explain that the tracking number was not on the receipt and seeing that my grandma was getting frustrated I intervened and explained the same thing. So finally we got the tracking number after going back and forth about her tracking number. This is to say his attitude was disgusting and he was getting upset saying that we should not be calling about information we can find on the receipt when clearly we could not so we called the store because on the receipt it says to call the store regarding any questions. I don’t understand nor do me our my grandma appreciate that behavior...
