This Chick-fil-A has the worst customer service.
I don’t go to Chick-fil-A often since I don’t live too close to one, but when I used to go to Chick-fil-A’s in other areas the customer service is always superior. Isn’t that what makes Chick-fil-A, Chick-fil-A?
I’ve been in the area of this particular Chick-fil-A two times in the last month, and been let down both times? What happened to the customer service? Especially when you choose Chick-fil-A other fast food options you expect a certain type of hospitality.
The first time I was in line for about 15 minutes… at a drive through? And no good interactions from the workers, all miserable.
Today, I tried again for a quick breakfast not having high hopes, but this time was even worse.
I pulled up and as always they’re just ready to take your order without even showing you the menu which has just gotten out of hand. Not everyone has the Chick-fil-A menu memorized- I rather pull up to the actual menu and talk through a speaker, if that means I can look at a menu for 2 seconds.
But that’s not the bad part, the kid talking my order is just immediately like “can I have a name?” No good morning, hello, etc. Then I’m like can I actually look at the menu? Hands it to me and I’m like hey do you guys have a pumpkin coffee (I’ve literally seen it advertised on social media, so it’s existent, and also it’s not a big deal if they don’t have it- just a question) he goes “no ma’am, that’s Starbucks! I paused before questioning anything and he’s like “or other locations” exactly.. just because this location doesn't have it , does not mean it doesn’t exist and you have to make me feel like I don’t live on planet earth and the only place you can find pumpkin spice is at a Starbucks. Also why are you even promoting another fast food place at your job? Lol
I think a “no ma’am we don’t have that at this location” would’ve been the right answer.
So then I get to the window and he got my regular black coffee wrong, and I’m like oh it’s supposed to be iced and the girl looks at me like I have 5 eyes??
The only reason I’m going out of my way to write this review is because I’ll look past it once, but twice- and the cherry on top being the Starbucks comment, I’m like alright this place needs to get it together.
I don’t know if it’s the employees, or maybe just working at this particular Chick-fil-A and the management they deal with has these employees miserable. But the customer service is not the Chick-fil-A I remember.

Read moreThe rating I’m giving is generous. I’ve never had a bad experience at this Chic-fil-a until today. I went through the drive-thru after a hard day of work and wanted something nice to eat. Automatically the line was way longer than it usually is in the afternoon. I role up a little and one of the order takers, her name was Ella, is directing us where to go when everyone was already set in the direction they were going. We role up to the same order taker who says to wait some more so she can direct the line again…the line did not need direction…As an employee who used to work 2 years for Chic-fil-a I can tell the right and wrong in this scenario. She comes back and attempts to take our order and then runs back in side 2 times, taking longer than a minute each time, to log back into her IPad and get the manager code. By now 2 people who were behind me have ordered before me in the other line. She comes back, doesn’t take our order but goes to the people in front of me to ask about their order when a gentleman further up in the line was already doing so. She finally takes my order. I wait even longer and role up to the front window now frustrated that I’m going to hit rush hour traffic and the man at the window, most likely director, tells us to pull over and wait. He didn’t tell me we’re waiting on fries but I overheard an employee tell him. I wait another 5 minutes for my fries to come out cold, we waited and they still weren’t fresh and then the cup of my drink was messy with soda.Not a pleasant experience, as a former employee I hope you fix your drive thru situation and make it as quick as possible. Direction every 5 minutes is not needed, people know where they are going. Please speak to your employees and possibly writing them a manager code instead of having them come back...
Read moreI've been coming to this location since they opened and the one thing you could say about them for quite a long time was they were consistent the food consistently tasted the same flavor and your order was right every time lately that cannot be said I have had many issues going through the drive-thru which does run smoothly but the orders are always wrong and they never listen to what I asked for them to put in the order I asked for six Chick-fil-A sauces for two people I get two. I asked for a large number one and get medium then ask to go through the line again to get the large only to get just large fries and forget oops I was supposed to get a large drink too and that's too late now also taste of lemonade has gone down it's not as sweet and consistently taste funny now when I complained about my experience I asked for a manager at one time and the guy said I'll get the manager to talk to you when you go around well you never did so there I was sitting there waiting for some manager who wasn't coming until I asked for him to come he asked what I wanted and I said milkshake would suffice. Just ordered large #1 chicken was dry. Used to be juicy but it's up and down. Fries were terrible! Crumbs and oily...nasty but you know I ate them dangit. I dont know, I hate to be tough but its $20 without a shake for 2 people. I can tell you honestly that their legendary customer service has declined as well at many locations. Something has changed and they need to go back to running things how they did in the beginning. I would say this is now my fourth bad experience at this location in the last four trips and overall probably my eighth bad experience at a Chick-fil-A at various locations over the past ten trips
