PROS: nice guys, friendly conversation, solid customer service skills and took my phone in as soon as I came in even though I was a half hour early to my “appointment”

CONS:

1. although I had an aforementioned “appointment”, they let a dozen other people walk in and take up the time they were spending on fixing my phone which caused me to have to come back a few times and would always say “we just got super busy”. I am in the service industry, I understand for the most part, but I went out of my way to make an appt which apparently didn’t mean anything.

2. the guy who [finally] handed over my phone told my the phone itself was bent so the glass wouldn’t pop in all the way......what?! I still can’t see the bend, but had already spent longer than I wanted to waiting and there were so many other people in the shop that I (regrettably) nodded to it after he said “but the screen works”. Took it to the Apple store who confirmed it was not bent whatsoever.

3. TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS LATER... I have a lopsided screen that spazzes and even though he specifically told me NOT to try to push down the corner that was raised, won’t stop spazzing unless I push it a little, meaning there has to be some connection issue and I have no hope of selling/trading it it at this point. Some app cameras are permanently ruined.

4. Took it back in, met with another guy, showed him what the issue was, took the phone and just made both bottom corners raised (not the biggest issue since I understand that’s where it “snaps” in I guess) and I told him what the Apple store told me. He insisted “no it’s probably kind of bent...” smh. I walked away and I hope nobody will make the same mistake. Nothing has been resolved and it would cost the same amount of money to take it to an Apple...

Come here if you need your screen fixed/replaced! Seriously! Dropped my iPhone 7 in the toilet (yuck, I agree) and put it in rice right away. The screen would come on but I couldn't open or access anything. After some time in the rice, the phone went completely dark but I could still hear notifications. Took the phone to Staples where they have a "drying" machine and the screen came back, but still couldn't access anything. Phone Repair and More had amazing reviews here - and for good reason! - and was conveniently open and nearby on a Saturday. We came in and Zach was already helping another customer and cleverly using GoogleTranslate to communicate with her. We were seen next and i immediately trusted that he would do his best and had the right tools to fix the issue. He quickly ran diagnostics, warning us that the water damage might be too severe, but it was actually fixable and he put a new screen on the phone. Granted, this isn't the first time I've needed a new screen for this phone, so we opted for the more industrial screen instead of the cheap Chinese screen. The water mark on the bottom right corner went away and the screen was the clearest I've seen since I bought it. Unfortunately, the home button was damaged beyond Zach's ability to fix that but he gave me an on-screen option for unlocking and closing apps and I've already adjusted to it! Zach was speedy, thorough, and extremely knowledgable without making me feel dumb for what I did or selling us something I didn't need. He even put a new screen protector on without any bubbles! The price was just right, also, because I have damaged screens before (clumsy, right?) and in inconvenient places where I paid almost double for substandard work and a longer wait time. We took a business card in case I need help...

These guys come highly recommended and don’t disappoint!!! Hands down the most professional staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Zach was my first contact and was extremely knowledgeable. He was very friendly and customer oriented as he guided me through buying what phone best suited my needs. He informed me they have good quality phones and a great 30 day warranty behind them. My luck being what it is.. the phone I purchased didn’t have the best battery life; being what I expected from a used phone. When I called back to inquire about the warranty details they asked me to bring the phone by to inspect it. I had no expectations with it being a used phone but these guys earned my business for life! After inspection they installed a brand new battery in the used phone I just purchased. While I was waiting John, another professional customer oriented company asset, went over the best ways to protect my investment with a UAG Case he highly recommended. They didn’t have the specific one I wanted but placed a specific order just for me. The Gun Metal Grey UAG Case he recommended comes in this Thursday and I can’t wait to pick it up!!! Both of these gentlemen went above and beyond to earn my business and provide me with the kind of service one would expect at a Lamborghini Dealership.
