The GRDA-Education Center did a very nice job of presenting an educational tour of the dam and the workings of all the hydroelectric power plant. It was very well managed and the educational center is beautiful. Even the men that were working there were very respectful and polite. Our tour guide was also knowledgeable and friendly. My only complaint was that it was about 110 degrees under the dam, but overall it was a fun trip. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone who is claustrophobic!
