Aero Townhomes — Attraction in Las Vegas

A lot of bad reviews about this place and judging from the pics and current/previous tenants I see why. They just sent me an email about coming in to see this place but I've already changed my mind. I do understand when a place is low income what comes along with that but I just wanna stay somewhere nice, clean, no bugs, updated unit, neighbors respect each other, no drug activities, etc. I'm in Ohio and I've been at my apt for almost 14 yrs and I witnessed the deterioration of the complex. It use to be a safe and beautiful place to live but the place keeps changing management companies (13 since I've been here smh) and it's getting worse and worse but the rent keeps increasing nonstop. They let anyone in now and that's why the quality of living here has decreased. It sounds to me this place is the same as well. It's hard to find a low income place to stay at and the management company cares about their residents and not money hungry nowadays. I guess I'll continue searching!!!

RESPONSE TO OWNER: "Continued to harshly judge"? This is my first review what is you talking about? You should already know everybody and everything gets judged dear. Why do you think you have these reviews? The tenants JUDGED how that complex is being run. This type of thing is going on across the states. The rent is increasing constantly but the quality of living has decreased drastically. I've been on this earth long enough to know if a lot of people are complaining about the same thing it's usually true. I can attest to how poorly these property managers/companies across the globe are running these low income apartment complexes. THEY DON'T CARE WHO RENTS OUT THE APARTMENT!!! Money is their only objective and you put innocent and peaceful tenants at risk when you rent to trouble makers or ignore complaints. They can care less about the safety and quality of living for the tenants. If you want great reviews then run a great complex and treat all the tenants fair and...

Management allows tenants to harass each other. We were living here for a year (barely) and when we first moved in they explained that there is no assigned parking spots which was cool with us. Well apparently this was not mentioned to tenants that had already been living there so multiple times a month, other tenants would egg our cars and key our cars because we were parked "someone else's" spot. We addressed this every time it happened and the management refused to do anything. It even got to a point where I was almost assaulted by a neighbor with my baby in the car because the neighbor claimed I was parked in "their" spot. Of course we called the police because I was scared for our safety and management wouldn't do anything so the police made the management office "give a red notice" to one neighbor. It took police to get involved for them to do anything! And we had this issue with not just this neighbor and not just that one spot I was parked in that day. This was going on during our whole lease and the assault happened the same day we were moving out. If you have kids, please steer clear of this place. Not safe to leave your apartment. Even the neighbors are willing to harm you and your kids over parking spots and management won't help you unless the police...

I'm like 90% sure our house has mold. A few days ago, they turned off the water and said they would turn it on at five. Well, guess what they didn't. I come home it smells like mildew and the water is flooding through our house. Mind you, if they had fixed the broken sink, the water would have drained, but nooooo. They can't do one simple thing. They didn't even help clean up the water. The same thing happened with our neighbor. We cleaned bottom to top it stinks . There is most definitely mold. Also, don't move here if you have dogs. They hate my dog. Even when we put her up, they won't do maintenance. And the dog park is full of poop nobody cleans anything up. The office is almost always closed. EVERYTHING IN MY HOUSE IS BROKEN AND THERE ARE FILES AND BUGS EVERYWHERE. We can't even use the sinks because the drains don't work. There is poop everywhere around the apartments. It's not the cleaning skills cause we clean on the daily. Also, when we first moved in, a homeless person was living in the house. Also, when I walked my dog three boys came up to me and tried to snatch dog and someone threatened to shoot my 10 year old sister when we said no to them petting our dog cause their hands were dirty.
