This was SO Disappointing. So tickets are expensive, food is half portion size and has doubled in price but the workers are what did it in for us besides being SO RUDE they had no ideal about reading orders or customer service. First experience was this girl with the red headband should NOT be allowed to volunteer or deal w the public!!! She was beyond rude rolled her eyes when asked a question and had ATTITUDE like we have NEVER seen or been treated so badly by a person!! We asked a question about the cappuccino and she not only rolled eyes bend rolling her eyes the whole time she walked away mad grabbed the ingredient bag and started reading the ingredients. WOW we were all shocked!!! We are not sure if you do background checks on these people. Diner Danâs the young kids working behind the counter was rude messed up everyoneâs orders the SODAS ARE WARM over priced the fries werenât even filled 10 fries we counted for 5.00 the cheeseburger was cold and the cheese wasnât even melted it was horrible and that was 10.00 the soda was 3.00 so one meal was 18.00 for warm soda cold cheeseburger with cheese not even melted fries 10 pieces NO NAPKINS for 6 people when we went back to the window the girl was rude we tried to have our food fixed they gave one order chicken fingers that we DIDNT even order they took our receipt we had to demand it back and we read it to them they wanted to ARGUE WOW you should NOT have these kids working!!!!! Then we asked for napkins for 6 people and they gave us 1 we will NOT be returning after being treated like this we had senior citizens with us NO seating outside the seated for people to eat outside was SO SAD less than 10 tables the live carols singing was NOT a great idea because it limited the walking space for people with wheelchairs and canes or walkers all these kids are left running all around from parents who donât care than the volunteers kids again that are posted by the displays werenât even watching they were on their phones too many people with no supervision going on we will NEVER return unless this changes we went on 12-7-2024 arrived time was 5:30...
Read moreThis place is extremely overcrowded with not a lot of things to do here in Las Vegas for Christmas as far as rides attractions. The people who work here from the security, to the lady selling tickets are extremely rude and you can tell aren't suited for working kid friendly events. The security looked my 11 year old nephew up and down and rolled her eyes at him upon entry, after waiting about 30 mins in line through the parking lot to get in. The very first ticket lady, you can tell she doesn't like kids, kept an eye on my 3 year old nephew as if he was going to steal a sword while we bought tickets/wristbands for the 3 rides that they have. Santa pictures were a long wait for the kids and packages were not very organized the sheet to choose from is hard to understand and the sales person aren't much help when asking questions. The hot cocoa line was crazy long, you stand in 1 line to pay and another to pick up, we order 5 hot coco's, 2 were burning hot and 3 were just warm. I also ordered 2 bags of nuts that I thought would be warm but werent. Thank you to the lady who was managing the slide, she held my sons loss beanie until we retrieved it. The train, and Cindy Lou Who were amazing, very nice and magical. With the weather being so cold, they should have more heating lamps outside and 1s that actually work and are turned on.. I only seen 2 which 1 was broken. Train your staff or volunteers to be more approachable and friendly, to paying customers. Thanks...
Read moreSuper crowded and the food is pretty pricey for what it is. Itâs cute and nice if you have kids I guess. The carnival games are not worth it in my opinion. $5 per game and when I went to play the duck pond game the sign in front of it clearly says 1 play=3 attempts, which we thought meant we would get 3 tries. But when I played I got to try ONCE and was given 3 small prizes (just rubber ducks) because âthatâs what I pulledâ and when I pointed out that the sign says 3 attempts I was told âthatâs what the boss saysâ (the guy selling tickets). For $5 a game you would think theyâd follow the posted rules. Truly disappointing. I also went to the Camelot hall specifically for the turkey leg and they didnât have any, didnât even tell me why (ie being sold out or something). Again disappointing. The mini golf had no clear path and no one attending to make sure people were taking proper turns so we got cut off by multiple kids who were not supervised at all so we gave up after one hole. The beer garden was okay at best. If youâre planning on riding the train, get there early and make it your first ride, otherwise expect to wait like 30 minutes in line. There were also multiple PETS there when their signs say service animals only, these dogs were clearly not service animals and were clearly terrified. For as expensive as each ticket was it wasnât worth it in my opinion, do better in enforcing...
